What to include

For the clearest response, include the public page URL, the product or category name, and a short description of what you were trying to find. If you are reporting an outdated link or wording concern, quote the relevant sentence or describe where it appears on the page. Screenshots can help when a public page displays incorrectly, provided they do not contain private account or payment information.

Marketplace and order questions

The Watchers Edge may link to Amazon.ca or another destination marketplace, but the destination seller controls its current price, inventory, delivery, checkout, returns, warranties, and account support. For an order already placed on a marketplace, use that marketplace’s order history and customer-service tools first. The Watchers Edge cannot access or change a marketplace order.

For a The Watchers Edge digital product sold through its own linked seller platform, use The Watchers Edge Support and include the product name, seller platform, and a non-sensitive receipt or order reference when available. If you bought a digital product from an independent third-party seller, use that seller’s support details or the support route shown on your receipt. Never send a password, one-time code, payment-card number, banking information, or identity document.
